Summary Data DXbase
provides the most comprehensive summary data around when it comes to
knowing about your worked/confirmed standings. Depicted below is
the Summary window in DXbase. The information in this window is
automatically updated when a DX spot arrives, when you click on a spot
or on a QSO in your log, or when you enter a value to find. The
blue box shows you instantly whether you have a country worked or
confirmed by band and mode combination. Click on one of
miniature boxes in this blue portion and you immediately see a list of
all QSOs for that category. For example, all QSOs on 15 meter
Phone with VP6D. Click on a band button and see all QSOs for
that band, and so forth. Finding information is easy in
DXbase. Click on a short or long path and watch your computer
controlled rotor turn to that heading! The summary window lets
you select from many different categories such as HF-Country, VHF
country, CQ zones, Gridsquares, WPX, and more. If you click on a
QSO or when a DX spot arrives, notes you may have entered for the call
sign are automatically displayed in the lower right of the Summary
window. You also see all past QSOs with this callsign displayed
in the dockable previous QSO toolbar. DXbase may not work the
station for you, but once you do, it will certainly tell you
everything you need to know!
