DXbase
stores your log in a Microsoft Access database format. This
powerful database designed by Microsoft is the most widely used
database engine in the world for desktop computing. We thought
you might like to know that your precious QSO data is in good
hands.
Some of the
Features
- Create as many different QSO databases as you want.
- DXbase can prompt you at program startup to select which
database you want to use.
- For convenience, you can use one database for all your different
callsigns from the same geographic location and use the operator
field in the QSO record to identify which callsign you used for
that QSO.
- Since DXbase uses the Microsoft Access database engine, you can
open your QSO data in Microsoft Access and use all the powerful
features to perform any special operations that may be of interest
to you. No importing required, just open it!
- DXbase lets you import and export ADIF and even allows you to
set export filters so that you can export a subset of your log for
special purposes.
- Unlike many other logging programs, DXbase saves your QSO to
your database immediately when you click the save button.
With DXbase your data is always safe and you never have to
remember to save your database every so many minutes.
- You can merge two different databases into one.
