Q: What products are currently available from Scientific Solutions, Inc.?

Q: Why should I upgrade my old DXbase for Windows to DXbase 2006

DXbase 2006 contains over 60 new or improved features as compared to DXbase 2005 and another 200 new features compared to DXbase 2001 and 2002.   Our software undergoes constant review for ways to make functions work better or faster.  Often times, these changes are quietly incorporated into a new release and not even mentioned in our promo material.  Keeping your release current insures that you are receiving the best performance available.  It also insures that your data will remain compatible and not become outdated.  The price is right, less than a penny a day averaged over a year's time.  What else can you buy for a penny a day that you use every day?

Keeping your version of DXbase current insures that you will receive special pricing offers in the future and that you will continue to receive support when questions arise.   Whenever Scientific Solutions provides a service pack or otherwise offers an updated version to add or correct a feature, the release will only be offered for our current version.

We accept US cash, VISA, MasterCard, personal check drawn on US bank, and International Postal Money Order.  Be certain to include the full credit card number and expiration date for all VISA and MasterCard purchases.  Checks should be made payable to Scientific Solutions, Inc.

Q: Where can I order in my country?

All products are shipped directly by Scientific Solutions, Inc. to your address.   From time to time during special sales/promotions we may authorize others to distribute DXbase locally in their country.  For more information, please visit our contacts page.

Q: What is Scientific Solutions' return policy?

Scientific Solutions, Inc.  does not sell its products unless they pass extensive and rigorous testing both in-house and in actual use through beta testing.   In our long standing history, we have never found that our products did not perform substantially as advertised or that a major problem was not corrected quickly and a modification made available at no charge to our customers. We are sure that you will find our product to be top-quality, industry-leading logging software. Please take the time to review the feature functionality described on our web site.   You can also download and use DXbase for a 15 day trial period.  In view of the fact that a free trial period is offered for evaluation by prospective customers, we do not provide for any refunds or returns of the product.

Q: What is Scientific Solutions' upgrade policy?

Scientific Solutions, Inc.  may at it's option, offer a new or updated version of it's software.  Registered users of the previous version will be offered the opportunity to purchase the upgrade release at a substantially reduced price as compared to the price for a new purchase.  This is our way of encouraging customers to continue with our products and the benefits that they bring.

Customers who purchase a new copy of our product within 60 days of an upgrade being announced will be entitled to upgrade to the newer version at no additional charge except for the cost of shipping.
